Production/Order Processing

All Batty products are designed with care and made to order. Each item — from patterned bags and backpacks to shoes and accessories — begins with our original artwork and is carefully produced using high-quality materials.

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.
Each item is checked for quality before it leaves our production partners.
Custom or personalized orders may take a bit longer to ensure every detail is perfect.
We take pride in working with trusted print-on-demand and manufacturing partners in the USA to bring your designs to life.

Shipping

Once your order is ready, we ship it directly to you! Shipping times depend on your location:
United States: 3–9 business days
International: 7–21 business days
You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order ships. Please note that shipping times can vary during holidays or peak seasons.

Returns&Exchanges

We want you to love your Batty products! If your order isn’t exactly what you hoped for, we accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery.
Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.
Original packaging and tags should be included.
To start a return or exchange, contact us at thebatty.com@gmail.com  with your order number, name and issue description.
Important Notes:
Custom or personalized items are non-returnable.
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Refunds or exchanges will be processed promptly once we receive the returned item.
